Ship Shape Boot Camp is a great way to exercise with friends and other women just like you.  Ship Shape Bootcamp was started as a way to help as many women as possible achieve health & fitness success. The class is led by Lynne McWatters, ACE Certified Fitness Trainer and is held outdoors.  This class is family friendly and we do not take ourselves too seriously we use a lot of games so we can actually have fun as we are training, while receiving an intense workout in a supportive environment.   You will be perform a variety of exercises, to build strength, increase your metabolism, firm & tone your muscles, all the while burning FAT. You will be taught proper form and shown modified versions so that you are NEVER left behind. You will also be encouraged to push yourself within your physical limits, but never asked to perform an exercise outside of your ability. It is always your workout you get what you put in!  In class we use resistance bands, bodyweight, kettle bells, medicine balls, tires, ropes, athletic drills, core drills and functional training. You will sweat, grunt, moan, smile, laugh, and most importantly…you’ll be proud of your accomplishments and your decision to make Ship Shape a part of your life!
