Hi, my name is Lynne, I am a personal trainer and started taking AdvoCare products in February 2013. I had hit a plateau with my weight and fitness level, despite eating healthy and regular exercise. I thought maybe this was the best it was going to get since I was getting older and now being a mommy of two, my body had just simply changed.
I was introduced to AdvoCare 3 years prior, but as a trainer I believed in ”No Pain No Game”, so I stayed clear of the products, I was a HUGE skeptic. But a friend convinced me to try the Spark, and after a couple samples I had quickly changed my mind. Just last year I ran the Gate River Run, I believe the products helped my endurance, and my performance. I finished top 10% overall. I continue to use Advocare products and train hard every day!
